In 2019, Red Dish Chronicles partnered with Gtbank to offer Culinary consultation and expertise for the 2019 Gtbank Food & Drink fair. Red Dish Chronicles completed preps, culinary support and logistics for 15 chefs from different parts of the world.
Intercontinental Hotel is part of IHG group, one of the biggest hotel chains in the world consisting of 12 hotel brands and serving over 150 million guests globally. Red Dish Chronicles partners with Intercontinental Hotel Lagos and provides Interns from the school to the Hotel Restaurant.

Chef's Roll is a global culinary community of professional chefs (culinary student to Michelin-starred), food authors, broadcasters, photographers and other industry professionals.
